Biography:

Robert Bata acquired more than thirty years of cross-border experience as an M&A lawyer and litigator, prior to founding WarwickPlace Legal in 2010. He practiced with Sullivan & Cromwell, Mayer Brown and a predecessor firm of what is now Dentons. He opened, managed and successfully grew his firms' offices in London, Prague, Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Shanghai, and has served on his firms' Executive Committees and as Senior Regional Managing Partner. He is a graduate of Yale University (B.A., Russian and East European Studies) and the University of Texas School of Law (J.D.)
