Biography:
As Chief Growth Officer, I lead our Client Engagement, Client Success, and Client Operations teams, and focus on driving the continued growth of the firm through developing and strengthening relationships and engagement with our clients. Prior to this new enterprise role, I served for five years as the leader of our law department consulting practice, helping to grow the team from less than five to over 75 consultants focused on supporting the needs of the in-house general counsel and legal operations leaders. Now 750+ people strong, HBR combines data and insights from the annual HBR Law Department Survey with our advisory services focused on improving operational efficiency and effectively managing costs through the alignment of people, process, and technology. We have worked with more than half of the Fortune 500 corporations and the vast majority of the AmLaw 200 law firms. Kevin's specialties: Organizational change management, legal spend management, outside counsel management and alternative fee arrangements, strategic sourcing, benchmarking, process analysis and improvement, legal technology strategy and implementations, and project management.
