Biography:
Jonathan advises law firms, corporate legal departments and other professional services firms on a wide range of people and strategic issues, including leadership development, people management, talent retention and succession planning / management. A UK Barrister by background (12 years at the Bar in London), Jonathan is additionally trained as a business / workplace psychologist. Drawing on experience working with law firms and legal departments internationally, Jonathan works with managing partners, management committee, partners and senior associates. He has many years of experience coaching senior lawyers to make behavioural change and designing and delivering interventions to yield strategic benefit to law firms. He has a niche specialisation in resolving conflict among senior lawyers and has worked internationally diffusing such conflicts.
