Biography:
As the head of strategic development, Jennifer leads relationship management with both prospective and existing clients, as well as strategic agency partners. Her insight into market and emerging trends allows her to collaborate effectively with law firm leaders to identify opportunities for differentiation and market position in an increasingly competitive landscape. By leveraging her strategic acumen, Jennifer helps law firms develop and evolve strategies to position them for long-term success. She is also a member of the agency’s international faculty and executive producer of the award-winning podcast, On Record PR. Prior to joining Furia Rubel, Jennifer spent more than a decade leading business development and marketing communications strategies in-house at AmLaw 200 law firms throughout the United States, including Lowenstein Sandler, Kasowitz, and Sherman & Howard (now Taft). With a proven track record of success, Jennifer is well-known for her comprehensive and dynamic approach to business development and client service. She seamlessly integrates marketing strategies, communications campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives to elevate the profile of attorneys and law firms alike, ultimately leading to the acquisition of new business in competitive markets. Jennifer is a sought-after speaker at national events and a respected contributor to legal publications. Her depth of experience and reputation for excellence in the legal industry have earned her recognition as a Global 100 Leader in Legal Strategy & Consulting for five consecutive years. Jennifer’s dedication to the legal marketing community is evident through her active involvement in the Legal Marketing Association, where she has held several leadership positions at the regional, national and international levels. She received her BA in Communication Studies from East Stroudsburg University, a Graduate Certificate of Marketing from The University of Texas at Dallas, and earned a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers Business School. Additionally, she completed an Executive Education Program in Driving Strategic Impact at Columbia Business School. After living in several different parts of the United States, Jennifer and her family settled in New Jersey. Jennifer enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time at the beach.
