Biography:
I’m Co-Founder and CEO of Contracts.ai, a contract intelligence platform born out of more than a decade of pain trying to deliver contract data the business could actually use. Time and again, I watched Legal and Finance struggle with disconnected systems, static agreements, and endless manual reconciliation. Contracts.ai is my answer: transforming signed agreements into always-on intelligence that bridges the Legal–Finance divide. Most recently, I served as President of the Board of the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC), the world’s largest community of legal ops professionals. During my tenure, we expanded global membership, strengthened governance, and helped shape the industry’s next chapter. Before founding Contracts.ai, I spent over a decade building and scaling legal operations at Netflix, Spotify, and Cisco, where I led global teams and delivered foundational systems for contract management, data, and innovation. I believe creativity is the leadership skill that powers transformation — whether in legal, business, or music. As a longtime content creator and music producer, I bring that same creative force into building teams, products, and communities.
