What makes your company unique or innovative?

What is different or innovative about your product or your approach in the legal market?

1.      Global – Covers every country, US state and Canadian province and is accessible in 109 languages.

2.      All large firms are individually vetted by multiple legal publications. The 75 networks have vetted their member firms at a cost of ~$3 billion over 25+ years.

3.      Information on firms and networks are self-maintained with access codes reducing administrative costs to a minimum. Users create and manage  their own profiles.

4.      The model is similar to billion-dollar websites: Amazon, Linkedin, Uber, Facebook, etc. Revenue is generated by sale of information.

5.      Direct contact with managing partners of firms, network executives and consultants assure quality ... the model goes to the source.

6.      AI integration information related to matters by user type (legal or accounting), subject matters, and locations. The entire site becomes personalized for each organization and individual user.

The site recognizes that the largest firms in every country and state receive the most publicity. They are all on the website.

There is no cost or fee for the listed organizations and users.

Incorporates other law related businesses similar to Amazon incorporates vendors. This would include their customer base since the website does not compete with their products or services but promotes them.

Growth is exponential since every request for a proposal response can generate multiple free user accounts.

Describe your plan for growing the company over the next five years.

Given its model, relatively little investment is required. The technology is readily available. 

The objective is to sell the website to Amazon, Microsoft, LexisNexis, Thomson Reuters or Wolters Kluwer. Each has a vested interest in the legal market. This can be done in 12 to 18 months.
