Dispute resolution methods - Counseling<br />Our Law Firm provides an extensive and pre-emptive counseling in all our cases, including the provision of written Legal Opinions regarding issues of a critical importance, where discretion is attributed upon the client.<br />If counseling fails, litigation is not necessarily our immediate resort, since our choice is an out of court settlement, which in most cases is possible and desirable by both client and adversary of him. Before we turn to litigation, all existing opportunities for a settlement are explored and exhausted through negotiations between involved parties.<br />However, should the case be litigated, our firm handles litigation with the maximum diligence, conscientiousness and honesty, by choosing and using the appropriate judicial remedies to achieve the best outcome, as fast and cost effectively as possible. <br />Our law firm encourages, equally, an alternative dispute resolution, through mediation or arbitration, as reliable methods, which undoubtfully allow for a speed and economically reasonable outcome, whereas it produces a definitive legal effect equivalent to an irrevocable Court judgment.<br />ΙV.
